I am a certified Gestalt therapist specializing in individual and couples work, dedicated to helping clients explore meaning, navigate life transitions, and reconnect with their authentic selves through a spiritual, transpersonal, and trauma-informed approach.

With backgrounds in both Counseling and Philosophy, I bring a unique blend of clinical insight, existential curiosity, and spiritual depth to my work. My approach is both practical and soul-centered.

I integrate nervous system regulation, self-awareness, transpersonal perspectives, and Gestalt theory to help you identify your truth and move forward with clarity and self-trust. Whether you’re coming to therapy as an individual or with a partner, I offer a grounded, compassionate presence where all of you is welcome.

I believe that healing isn’t linear, it is a spiral path that invites us to return, reexamine, and reclaim ourselves at deeper levels at every turn. I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, identity shifts, and relational challenges, and I work especially well with empaths (HSP), as well as men navigating issues with conflict avoidance and people pleasing.

My mission is to support individuals as they uncover their own clarity, courage, and capacity for change. My work is rooted in both lived experience and clinical training. I hope to bridge the practical and the profound to help people not just feel better, but know themselves better and create meaningful changes in their lives based on this knowledge, not the projection of the world around them.
