About me
Experienced and empathetic psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals work through the complexities of trauma, narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, and antagonistic relationships.
As a professional therapist, I help individuals and couples through life transitions, grief and loss, self-discovery, finding motivation, and coping and navigating through challenging family dynamics/relationships. Through this process we can work together to learn new skills and tools to help connect the past with the present, to gain insight into your life and relationships, and challenge any maladaptive thinking patterns that might not be serving you.
I incorporate an eclectic skillset, incorporating insight-oriented psychodynamic psychotherapy with cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy using a trauma informed approach. I am a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician.
