About me

I provide counseling for kids, adolescents, and adults. My clients often come in to reflect on trauma, relational stressors, depression, anxiety, attachment, and self esteem. Special areas of interest include working within the queer community and helping others gain access to gender affirming care.

My background in the field is having my bachelors and masters degree in psychology and art therapy. My early history within the field has been focused on utilizing art therapy and other expressive techniques with clients and moving forward I have added being a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I specialize in utilizing dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), attachment-based therapies and relational approaches. With all of these being the way I approach therapy, the working relationship between client and myself is at the forefront of the work, recognizing how important relationships and connections are in our life related to growth. I strive to create a space that is anti-racist, body-neutral, sex and kink-positive, and queer-friendly in order for my clients to feel safe exploring their vulnerability. The focus of my approach will always be to put you, as the client first in the room, and holding space for whatever you need in the moment.
