About me
I am an experienced Couples/Individual Counselor trained in trauma informed therapies such as Tr-CBT, EMDR, and Brainspotting. My specialties include work with high-conflict couples, couples with specific addiction issues (pornography, sex, alcohol, and drugs), complex trauma (childhood neglect and abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence) in individuals, ADHD and OCD struggles.
When we feel broken by the events that have shaped our lives, change can feel difficult- even impossible. When life’s stress overwhelms our ability to cope, we can develop a negative perception of who we are and what we believe is possible for us. I want to help reconnect with the positive parts of yourself, and discover a path toward meaningful change.
My clinical specialties- couples, trauma, ADHD, and OCD- focus on helping people build healthier relationships and connections so they can live as the best version of themselves. My training allows me to help clients understand and work through what can keep us from fully enjoying connection, community, and even feeling comfortable in our own skin.
