About me
I am a compassionate licensed master social worker and doctoral candidate dedicated to supporting women aged 18–100 as they navigate life’s most challenging transitions, from the empty nest, divorce/separation, acute crises to the complexities of menopause.
With over 30 years of experience in healthcare and social services, I provide a safe, inclusive, and evidence-based space for women to heal and grow. My practice is centered on the belief that every woman deserves expert support during life’s "pivotal chapters"—whether that is navigating the emotional and physical shifts of menopause, managing a sudden life crisis, or seeking a path forward from trauma.
As a doctoral candidate in Global Training & Development and a trained LMSW, I blend clinical insight with a structured, empowerment-focused approach. My background in crisis management and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) ensures that my practice is culturally sensitive and responsive to the unique stressors women face today. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, life transitions, and identity shifts across the lifespan, from young adulthood through the senior years.
Whether you are seeking tools to manage a current crisis or looking for long-term strategies to improve your quality of life, I am here to partner with you on your journey toward wellness and resilience.
