Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
*CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS* I am passionate about working with individuals who are ready to discover healthier coping skills to deal with life stressors in a supportive and non-judgmental space. Together, with my support and guidance, we can discover your inner-voice and navigate through difficult circumstances towards your individual goals and your own life direction. I encourage my clients to explore undiscovered parts of themselves as well as patterns of behavior that are no longer serving them.
Therapy is a collaborative process and I take a trauma-informed approach to provide you with an authentic and accepting space to heal. Throughout this process, I make an active effort to encourage you to recognize your strength and ability to create change, as well as to grow your confidence in self-awareness and self-advocacy.
I work with teens and adults, with some of my specialities including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem. If you are at a place of wanting to make positive changes and growth in your life, I offer prospective clients a free 15-minute phone consultation to determine if we are a good fit. I look forward to discussing this further with you.
