About me
I encourage you to reach out to me directly to discuss your needs and explore whether therapy is the right fit for you. Taking the first step toward seeking support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to provide a safe, compassionate space where we can talk openly about your concerns, goals, and what you hope to achieve.
With an advanced studying in Grief & extensive experience working with children and adults diagnosed with Autism, I have developed a deep sense of empathy, patience, and understanding. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts, emotions, and concerns without fear of stigma. I recognize that everyone’s journey is unique, and I tailor my therapeutic methods to meet the specific needs of each individual. Through a focus on mindfulness, emotional regulation, and the development of effective coping strategies, I help my clients navigate challenges.
I have experience working in both a nonprofit setting in Trenton, NJ, & private practice, allowing me to support clients from diverse backgrounds facing a wide range of challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals navigating substance abuse, depression, anxiety, poverty, & other complex life circumstances. Additionally, I am a proud Ally!
