About me
I am a mental health therapist with a passion for helping teens and adults find, explore, and accept themselves for who they are - no matter what that looks like.

My work is for those who feel stuck performing as a version of themself they no longer feel connected to. You may be a self-prescribed perfectionist, people pleaser, high-achiever, or just someone who struggles to make decisions because you don't know what you like without input from others. In my office, I'll help you explore the inner language you've developed as a way to survive in your life so far. Then, together, we'll untangle your wants and needs from the desire to keep others happy and move towards helping you find your own voice.
My areas of focus include perfectionism, self-acceptance work, control-related issues, and disordered eating. I have experience working with adolescents and adults and have worked closely with LGBTQIA+ clients. I am a trauma-informed practitioner and I proudly affirm and celebrate all gender and sexual identities.
I believe that a strong counseling relationship is built on meeting my clients exactly as they are, then finding a path together that takes them to the strongest version of themselves. If this sounds like something you've been waiting for in the therapeutic space, reach out today, tomorrow, or whenever feels right for you.
