About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, interpersonal difficulties, and trauma, helping them build resilience and find meaningful paths forward.
My clinical focus includes obsessive-compulsive patterns, body focused repetitive disorders, post-traumatic stress, panic disorder, social anxiety, and phobias. I also specialize in supporting people navigating life transitions, chronic pain and illness, grief and loss, gender identity questions, and end-of-life concerns. I'm experienced in working with complex presentations where multiple challenges coexist.
I approach therapy from a secular, evidence-based perspective, creating a space where you feel heard and respected regardless of your background or beliefs. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, develop practical distress tolerance skills, and move toward the life you want to live.
I believe in meeting clients where they are, with genuine care and without judgment. If you're ready to take that important step toward healing and growth, I'm here to support you.
