About me
Hello, I'm Lee Anne. I enjoy helping others reach goals and find a place of happiness in their lives. I have worked in the mental health field since I was a teenager, and have been licensed since 2001. I am a LPC with a MA degree, specializing in Addictions, and I am a LCDC. I am currently working on my PhD dissertation, with a focus on community well-being after a school shooting. I conduct therapy sessions virtually, for individuals and families. My specialties include adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, substance use disorders, anger management, anxiety, depression, relationships, stress, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, grief and trauma. My goal for you is empowerment to make positive transformations.
Life can be tough and unfair. It is normal for us to go through difficult times where we feel sad, bitter, angry, or just 'stuck in a rut.' If you find yourself in a challenging place right now, if you are striving for more but don't know how to get there, and if you are ready to make some changes, then I'd love to be the person assisting you to "glow" up.
We will get to know one another, and create a relaxing, safe space in order to create treatment goals, that we will work towards together.
I sincerely care about your well-being and want you to feel encouraged to be genuine and open about yourself.
