About me
At different stages of life, challenges test our strength. I specialize in serving adolescents, adults, seniors and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, parent-child conflict, and trauma-informed care. My experience spans various settings to include higher education, community mental health (adolescents, adults, and families), department of social services, LGBTQIA+ community, substance use, and vocational rehabilitation demonstrating adaptability and a broad skillset.
I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive environment that is respectful, culturally sensitive, and a judgment free zone where you can share openly. Taking care with emotional safety and healthy boundaries, we’ll work together to set meaningful goals that reflect your needs. Therapy is a partnership—your voice matters in shaping the process.
My theoretical orientation is a blend of evidence-based strategies to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed-Care and
Strength-Based approaches to support resiliency and growth.
