Hi there! I am a warm, supportive, non-judgmental therapist that helps individuals and couples with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance dependence, and relationshIp issues. I believe that therapy is a partnership, and it's through this connection that we are better able to understand our difficulties.

Starting from my career in entertainment, I've worked with a diverse group of people. I have extensive experience working with creative, intelligent, caring, sensitive people.

As an empathetic, trauma-focused therapist, I've treated individuals, couples, and families in private practice, non-profit, and AA and Buddhist-based treatment facilities. I am a Masters-level substance abuse specialist, trained in mindfulness, somatic therapies and EMDR, and use culturally-sensitive, relational, attachment-based treatment orientations.

In addition, as one who has a keen understanding of what it means to feel deeply, I provide strength-based support for those whose sensory uniqueness (Highly Sensitive Person - HSP) is often misunderstood, confusing and overwhelming.
