Maybe you're trying to give what you didn’t get. Maybe you feel stuck or unreliable in your parenting -- why is it so hard to do some days, or with certain ages? You wonder, did I miss the window for having an impact on my kids, or on the world? Will my kids or other loved ones only remember our bad times? Will I get to feel like a self again? You yearn for another voice, another presence that is unbiased & trustworthy, to help you process & give room to all the swirling hurt & uncertainty. You want a consistent, steady feeling, and self trust.

I particularly love to help parents/caregivers (especially introverts!) struggling with stress, high sensitivity, and/or intensity, so that instead of feeling exhausted & hopeless, they have the tools to be calm, connected & recharged. In my practice, these tools can include concepts from the Nurtured Heart Approach® (NHA); Internal Family Systems, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, as well as body-based co-regulation skills and creative exercises.

I believe there's no success too small to celebrate. I believe you have all you need within yourself-- you just might need help accessing/activating it. I believe we're wired for connection.
