About me

I am an empathic, non-judgemental therapist who is dedicated to providing a safe space for you to heal and become the person you were meant to and always deserved to be.

I'm currently accepting new clients and accept most major insurances. I provide telehealth and in-person appointments in Auburn. My specialties are: anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, PTSD, and abuse, ADHD and neurodiversity, chronic pain and disease, relationship problems, life transitions, perfectionism, self-esteem, self-care, and identity issues, and spirituality. I have 15 years of post-graduate clinical mental health counseling experience. I use therapeutic techniques from narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, ERP, multicultural, compassion-focused, and emotion-focused, and feminist therapies.
I work with individual adults ages 18-65 who are suffering and need support, guidance, and direction and to heal from past traumas and loss.
I bring an empathetic and non-judgmental approach to helping you heal from abuse, trauma, perfectionism, relationship and self-esteem issues and help you find ways to cope with anxiety and depression, understand yourself, learn to set boundaries and take care of yourself. It’s never too late to find yourself, find meaning, and be excited about the future.
I thank you for considering me to be a part of your healing process. I want you to feel confident in working with me in every aspect. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and have a Bachelors of Sociology (UW) and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology (City U). I also have done advanced clinical trainings in techniques of narrative therapy as well as advanced trainings on the treatment of grief issues, depression, suicide prevention, anxiety, and trauma.
It’s healing to tell our stories. We are taught to make sacrifices, but how can we take care of others if we are not taking care of ourselves? We are taught to focus on others. When it is finally time for you? Therapy can be a difference maker. Reach out today. You’re worth it!
