About me
I am a psychotherapist helping people, especially new mothers, learn to overcome the anxiety, depression, stress, or other challenges getting in the way of the life they want to live.
Ever think, "My life isn't what I expected?" Let's help you get back to living a life you love.
I often work with people who are high-functioning, motivated, and deeply committed to their families—sometimes to the point of forgetting themselves.
Whether you’re a new mom navigating postpartum emotions, a mother of toddlers questioning your identity, someone wrestling with the echoes of your own childhood, or struggling with any of the challenges that life delivers, therapy can be a space just for you.
Therapy with me is alive, conversational, and forward-moving. I believe change doesn’t have to take years, and I strive to work in an immersive, engaged way that helps you move toward building the life you want.
Because sometimes the strongest thing you can say is, "I deserve to feel better, and I'm going to get help."
