About me
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of CO. I enjoy working with clients pursuing treatment for relational concerns, family conflict, self-esteem and identity issues, and attachment trauma. I take an integrative approach to counseling, operating through a relational, attachment-based lens.
I believe my clients are the writers of their own life story, and the experts of themselves. Everyone deserves the opportunity to feel truly seen and heard, and my overarching goal is to provide that feeling to all of my clients, through the development of a non-judgmental, authentic, therapeutic relationship. I incorporate techniques from experiential and relational modalities such as ACT, IFS, Interpersonal Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy in my work with clients. I’m a big believer in harm reduction, holistic wellness, and trauma-informed care. I am a fully virtual therapist, providing clients with telehealth-based therapy services. Please note that although I am a relationally-oriented clinician, I do not see couples for therapy at this time.
