About me
I am an experienced LPC who is dedicated to performing transformative, supportive, individualized care.
Mental health is a complex interplay of factors, and I recognize how it affects our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Unhealed trauma and chronic stress can make it hard to function at our best. That's why I'm passionate about guiding individuals in developing healthy coping mechanisms to manage challenges. We'll work together to design a personalized and achievable treatment plan that prioritizes your goals and empowers you on your path to well-being.
I earned my Master's degree in Professional Counseling in 2015 and have since worked in various therapeutic settings, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, and short-term rehab, helping clients achieve and maintain sobriety and cope with depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
