About me
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're already carrying the weight of accumulated, unresolved stressors that eventually make our backpack feel too heavy to carry or you're simply finding it difficult to navigate life's unexpected changes. I work with adults to navigate anxiety, grief and loss, traumatic experiences and PTSD, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply trying to find your way through a difficult season, therapy can be a place to slow down, gain clarity, and begin healing.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership where you can show up as you are and feel empowered to create meaningful change. My goal is for you to have something that you take from each session. I use a blend of talk therapy, worksheets, videos, and images to help provide education in session with the opportunity to practice the and focus on building the skill in between sessions. I am committed to helping you build resilience, strengthen self-understanding, and move towards a life that feels more balanced, grounded, and fulfilling. Using a blend of cognitive modalities, I will help you understand the interrelations between thoughts, feelings, and your behaviors to regain your power and focus on making impactful changes in your life. If you are ready to take the next step or would like to know more, check out my availability located on my website and book a free 15-minute phone consultation.
