About me
Laurie is passionate about helping individuals explore who they are, face life’s challenges—such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, or neurodivergence—and discover how to heal and live more fully. She understands that therapy takes time, effort, and vulnerability, and that growth often comes with both progress and setbacks.
Laurie offers a warm, safe, and supportive space where clients feel seen and empowered. She tailors treatment to each individual, using an integrative, person-centered approach that draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, emotion regulation, and coping skills.
With over 20 years of experience working with the autism spectrum community, Laurie supports children, teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families. Her therapeutic style is patient, creative, and collaborative. She meets clients where they are and walks alongside them as they build insight, resilience, and lasting change.
Laurie believes everyone has the potential to grow, heal, and thrive—with the right support and tools, that potential can be realized.
