About me
I'm a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate life's most challenging transitions. I work with clients across the lifespan, with a special passion for supporting older adults as they navigate the emotional, physical, and relational changes that often accompany aging, health concerns, and questions of purpose.
My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and the emotional impact of major life transitions. I also help clients strengthen self-esteem, improve communication and relationships, and reconnect with a sense of meaning and fulfillment.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals facing caregiver stress, family conflict, social anxiety, isolation, and the complex emotions that often accompany serious health conditions, including cancer. I also enjoy working with young adults as they explore identity, build confidence, and develop a stronger sense of belonging.
My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move toward the life you want to create.
Seeking therapy is a courageous first step, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they cultivate greater resilience, deeper self-compassion, and lasting emotional well-being.
