About me
When people experience trauma or stressful life events, it is not uncommon for them to feel like they have lost their footing. My passion is helping people feel hope again and return balance back into their lives. I work with neurodiverse children, adolescents and adults to help them regain a healthier perception of themselves and strengthen personal relationships.
I utilize a holistic, person-centered approach to work with my clients. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, so I have been trained in a wide-variety of modalities including Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, mindfulness approaches, as well as Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Virginia Satir perfectly captured my ideology when she said, "I want you to get excited about who you are, what you are, what you have, and what can still be for you. I want to inspire you to see that you can go far beyond where you are right now."
