Life is hard and it may feel even harder after the past few years of unexpected changes and heartbreaking losses. Even though none of us are exempt from the human condition, your experience is unique to you and deserves the time and space to unpack and understand. If you are experiencing difficulties in your day-to-day and in your relationships, talk therapy can be a great place to start exploring deeper meaning, personal strengths, and ways to cope with and heal from trauma.

I enjoy working alongside adult couples, individuals, and military looking for help with relationship issues, life transitions, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, loss, and trauma. I use a person-centered approach with attachment, experiential, existential, and cognitive-behavioral techniques. I am also EMDR-trained and a Certified Trauma Professional.

I strive to provide a safe and validating space to address present and past stressors that may be impacting you and your relationships. I believe that each person's journey is uniquely significant and worthy of the exploration that leads to feeling whole once more. Healing is possible and I am honored to be a part of your journey!
