About me
I am a therapist that thrives working with adults and teens during transitional stages of life and through processing trauma. Learning about ourselves and how to be free from what holds you back can be extremely powerful.
I love to work with clients through the struggles that life throws at them. I connect with clients through humor, a direct approach and an open mind.
Sometimes in life, you have no idea where to go or what to do next. Standing there, you question your place in life: where you belong… with whom you should have relationships… into what career you should invest your time and energy. The innumerable options are overwhelming, and you can become paralyzed in the face of so many important decisions. And if we’re being honest, you feel bad that you don’t have it all figured out. The uncertainty of adulthood is hard on everyone, but if you’ve been through trauma, it can feel like WAY too much. The past continues to hold you in its grip, keeping you from being the best version of yourself.
Because of trauma, you’re stuck on certain negative, self-limiting thoughts, and those thoughts are creating feelings, behaviors, and an outlook on life that are holding you back. In therapy, you’ll learn to examine and evaluate those thought patterns and reprocess trauma, so you can develop more positive, self-promoting emotions and actions.
When you work through the trauma, you’ll reclaim the power that it took from you. You’ll feel lighter, freer, and more confident as you clarify your thoughts and take control of your mind and body. You can do this, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Stop doubting yourself and do this for YOU. Reach out today for your free consultation.
