I have over 28 years of experience working with adults and seniors with self-esteem issues, emotional eating issues, anxiety, depression, drug abuse/addiction and early recovery support, gay and lesbian issues, stress management, and grief and mourning support.

The most basic human need is our desire to be heard and understood. I provide a , non-judgmental, and empathic space where you can explore your own thoughts and feelings and be heard and understood. I actively listen and assist you to raise awareness of conscious, and subconscious processes and how they impact your relationships with yourself and others. I offer the opportunity for you to learn healthy and effective ways to cope with intense feelings, resolve problems, and care for yourself. I am also an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I am here to support and help you learn how to nourish yourself, not just with food, but in all areas of your life to create a better balance. An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach focuses on nutrition, physical activity, relationships, career, and spirituality. These elements can impact markers of health such as stress, weight, and energy levels. The relationship between food and lifestyle and how they both affect one’s health is the primary focus.
