I believe that therapy can be a place to be known and understood. My focus is on folks who are looking for support to manage anxiety, depression, life transitions, intergenerational family challenges, and relationships.
I am active and compassionately engaged in my sessions. My communication is kind and direct. I offer space and support for reflecting and furthering insight, and I offer skills and strategies to disrupt restrictive patterns. I listen closely to help you understand yourself more deeply, support insight in difficult areas, and identify areas for change. I work with creatives, people who find themselves in caretaker roles at work or in their relationships who would like to improve their experiences, and people interested in changing self-defeating patterns.
