About me

Being a human in the world today is hard work, but you don't have to figure it out alone. I am dedicated to holding a nonjudgmental, compassionate space for you to process your experiences. Through our therapeutic relationship, we can work together to deepen your insight into yourself and your relationships.

I am passionate about helping others reconnect to their own bodies, find internal safety, regain autonomy, & grow a curious & compassionate stance toward themselves and others. I have knowledge of working through spiritual harm/adverse religious experiences & welcome folks who may be navigating faith transitions.

I am particularly interested in supporting individuals working through childhood trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, perfectionism, spiritual/religious harm, purity culture, grief & loss, & others. I draw upon experience in the areas of adoption, social work, and refugee resettlement, and enjoy working with a diverse range of people. I draw upon a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective.

Reaching out for support can feel daunting. Please feel free to email me any questions you might have. I want this to be a good fit for you and am open to your feedback along the way. I can see clients from Virginia remotely. I am a Supervisee in Clinical Social Work working towards independent licensure. I am an LMSW in VA.
