About me
I provide therapy services delivered virtually to youth ages 6-17 using techniques and interventions that are backed by research like CBT.
I prioritize a collaborative approach to care and focus on what’s important to you for your child and family. I have over 20 years experience in behavioral health and specializing in pediatrics. Typically, you can expect Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) programs to consist of 12-16 weeks of weekly sessions. These sessions are primarily held with your child, but include and support caregivers throughout the program. Each session focuses on specific skills that will help your child develop lasting coping strategies.
Services: Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapy delivered through telehealth in an evidence-based, 12-week program for youth ages 6-17
Specialities: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, ADHD, Substance Use, Behavioral or School Issues, Family Conflict, Grief and Loss
