My clients know themselves best, and I'm here to help them maximize their potential to fulfill their personal goals. I work with all ages, prioritizing empathy, connection and growth in all my cases.
I became a therapist for a common reason- to become the person I needed growing up. I have always loved working with children, so I focused my clinical social work education on children, youth and families. The more I worked with families, the more I enjoyed working with adults as well. I realized we are each the sum of all the past versions of ourselves. Our inner children are often present in our current lives. Sometimes it's harmonious, and sometimes it's a hindrance. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques in each session, tailoring treatment to each client's needs and goals. My personal goal as your clinician is to help you learn how to live harmoniously with your past selves and help you feel confident in your ability to live the life you want.
