About me
Reaching out for support can feel scary and overwhelming at first, but once you take that first step, you are heading towards a place of healing. I am a passionate and dedicated therapist who is here to help you navigate all of life's twists and turns.
I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from Western Michigan University with a double minor in Holistic Health and Gender & Women's Studies, both of which help guide additional approaches to therapy. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist with symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, Eating Disorders, LGBT+ dynamics, self-harm/suicidal ideation, and trauma. I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and validating for everyone. I am currently accepting new clients for virtual sessions only. Although having sessions in-person is popular, virtual therapy has its benefits too! It allows for comfort to reclaim your space and helps you apply coping skills in real-time. Whether you are seeking emotional support, help navigating life transitions, or in need of connections to nearby resources, I am here to walk alongside you.
