About me
I have experience in working with attachment, relationship issues and transitions, stress, trauma, narcissism survivors, anxiety, self-compassion, nervous system regulation, and mind/body connection. I am a big believer in expressing and encouraging our emotional wellness as much as our physical wellness. Schedule your free consultation!
Constant battle between your head and your heart? Feeling like there are so many things you should be doing or that you are doing wrong? I believe those persistent discomforts come from a missed connection between our thoughts and our bodily sensations. When we learn patterns and behaviors that encourage this disconnection, we are not able to meet our goals entirely. I offer the opportunity to explore experiences and patterns to address this and adjust accordingly. I look forward to connecting!
I earned a Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University- Pueblo in Forensic Psychology and a Master’s degree from Regis University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Nationally Board-Certified Counselor (NCC), trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and have nine years in the field. My background started with primarily working within the forensic area; working with the offending population, adolescents, and multi-systems. I have experience in working with attachment, relationship issues and transitions, stress, narcissism survivors, anxiety, self-compassion, nervous system regulation, anger, trauma, and mind/body connection. I aim to provide you with tools, understanding, and increase self-efficacy to better address and navigate parts of yourself that no longer serve your journey to your goals. I utilize a trauma-informed approach to equip you with skills to take on a more active role in your life and thrive.
