About me
I help the loved ones of those struggling with addiction find clarity, boundaries, and peace—without losing themselves in the process. If you feel like you’re constantly surviving in someone else’s chaos, stuck in codependency or unhealthy relationship patterns, you’re not alone.
If you love someone struggling with addiction, you already know—this isn’t a “normal” relationship struggle.
You’ve probably tried to help, fix, support, understand… and still feel exhausted, confused, and alone. You may be questioning your decisions, your reactions, or even your own reality.
That’s where I come in.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in addiction and relationship therapy. I work with partners and family members of individuals with substance use disorders—because your experience deserves just as much attention and care. This isn’t about blaming you or telling you to “just leave” or “set boundaries.” It’s about helping you understand what’s actually happening, regain your emotional footing, and learn how to respond in a way that protects your peace and wellbeing.
In our work together, we focus on:
• Breaking out of cycles of guilt, chaos, and emotional burnout
• Learning clear, confident boundaries (without feeling like a bad person)
• Understanding manipulation patterns and communication dynamics
• Rebuilding your sense of self, stability, and control
• Navigating crisis moments with clarity instead of panic
I also offer intensive sessions and crisis support for those moments when things feel overwhelming and urgent.
My approach is direct, compassionate, and grounded in clinical expertise as well as real-world experience. This is not surface-level advice—this is deep, meaningful work that helps you heal, not just cope.
You don’t have to keep doing this alone.
