About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to working alongside my clients. I specialize in anxiety, trauma and depression.
All people are capable of bringing about change. My role is to provide support and assist you in bringing about the changes you'd like to see whether it's processing a traumatic experience, preventing panic attacks, or establishing a life worth living. Together, we can map out a course for identifying your goals and accomplishing them at your pace. Trained at Columbia University, my specialties include anxiety, panic, worries, fears, trauma, sadness and depression. Sessions may include DBT, CBT, MI, interpersonal effectiveness, mindfulness, challenging cognitive distortions, experiential therapy, meditation, coping skills, and EMDR.
Our work together will be based on your current needs and working towards what you are hoping to process and accomplish through our sessions. Sessions look different depending on current needs. Sessions can include therapeutic conversations, discussing and practicing skills for problem solving, alleviating symptoms, and increasing overall wellness.
