About me
My name is Lauren and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in working with children, adults, and couples who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, relationship stress, and life transitions. I support clients who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready for meaningful change.
I became a therapist because I wanted to be the person I needed most when I was younger. That experience continues to shape my work today. I now support children, adults, and couples as they navigate growth, build insight, and move toward becoming their most authentic selves, without shame or guilt.
My clients describe me as approachable, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I bring a mix of empathy, humor, and honesty into sessions, helping clients feel safe while also gently challenging them to grow.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, mindful, and holistic. I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen and understood, not just as a client, but as a whole person. I’m gentle and supportive, while also offering honest guidance when it’s needed. I want to understand what makes you you, so we can work together in a way that genuinely supports you and your family’s needs.
