Licensed therapist specialized in helping adult individuals and couples have better relationships - with others and themselves.
I offer therapy for individuals and couples who feel stuck in familiar relational dynamics and want something to shift. My work focuses on helping people interrupt old loops, rebuild trust in themselves, and show up differently in their relationships. I’m based on Massachusetts’ South Shore and provide telehealth across the state. I work with clients navigating relationship ruptures, attachment wounds, and the quiet frustration of knowing something isn’t working but not knowing how to change it. My approach is grounded in attachment theory, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care, with room for humor and humanity along the way.
My style is engaged and relational. I’m warm, but I don’t stay on the sidelines. Sessions may include somatic or mindfulness-based tools, breathwork, or expressive approaches when they feel useful—not as techniques to “fix” you, but as ways to help insight land more fully in your body and daily life.
