For 20 years I have experience with assisting individuals become empowered to be their strongest self. I utilize a variety of modalities including brainspotting,, CBT, ACT and DBT therapy’s. I specialize in helping others survive narcissistic abuse,
I am passionate about empowering others. I believe we all have the capacity for growth and healing when given the chance to be heard, understood, and unconditionally accepted.
For over 20 years as a LMFT, I have had the privilege to help many diverse populations including dv survivors, US Veterans, at risk youth, families, court custody cases and those struggling with loss, depression, anxiety, anger management and couple relational problems.
I want to help you reach your goals by utilizing your strengths and minimizing your self-defeating thoughts and behaviors. Together, we work to develop effective coping strategies, increase problem solving abilities, heighten feelings of hope, and develop skills to enhance self perception.
I provide a safe, non judgmental environment to help people make sense out of their emotions, thoughts and reactions by identifying and managing areas that are stressful.
