About me
Life can take us on some wild twists and turns, and it is likely you are here because you want something in your life to be different. Change is rewarding, but it can also be difficult and scary at times. I believe we all deserve to have someone accompany us through life's challenging times. My expertise is in addressing depression, stress, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD/trauma, autism, and life transitions. I am prepared to work collaboratively with you to recognize your strengths, identify the obstacles in your path, and learn new skills so you can take the next steps in reaching your goals. I would be honored to share in and support your journey toward a place of hope, peace, and groundedness.
I believe there is always light on the other side of dark times, but we often need someone to help us get there. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your feelings, thoughts, and concerns. Various treatment perspectives are used to tailor our work specifically to you and your unique needs. I am neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming in my approach. Mostly, I work with adults, but older adolescents are considered on a case by case basis.
