Laura has extensive experience working with individuals and families with trauma histories to include veterans, first responders, survivors of sexual assault/abuse, and those with pre-verbal and/or childhood trauma. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTPII), Laura uses an integrative approach blending attachment-focused therapy, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Emotionally Focused Tapping (EFT) and other creative, focused approaches.
Laura is dedicated to the healing journey of her clients. Through the lens of neuroscience and working mindfully, Laura supports her clients in uncovering a deeper sense of peace increasing awareness of one’s inner strengths and resources. Laura uses a variety of approaches to mental health, both holistic and evidenced-based, in an integrative, creative, approach to healing the mind and body.
