Hi there, I'm Laura, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in trauma, addiction, and personality with an emphasis on attachment trauma.

I enjoy a practice of yoga, meditation, hiking with my dogs, and singing / songwriting, and playing instruments such as piano, ukulele, and bass guitar.

With 2 decades of experience as a licensed therapist, I incorporate evidence-based practices along with mindfulness and holistic approaches integrating mind, body, and spirit into wellness practices that invite you to connect and engage in co-regulation.

I hold certifications in trauma therapy and personality disorders and enjoy working with creatives, particularly musicians. I understand the interchange of creativity and pain.

Together we will explore how you want to show up in life , how you can manifest powerful and positive changes in your life, connecting and engaging with the world. Fostering resiliency by focusing on your strengths will empower you and enhance your inner resources to develop overall well-being.

Attachment is a strategy that helps us survive. We can develop different attachment strategies within different relationships in childhood that are evoked by our current relationships at different times. Here with me, we create a safe, healing space together.
