About me
I provide affirming, evidence-based therapy to help individuals and families feel seen, supported, and empowered through life’s challenges.
I am a Latina, first-generation mental health therapist who is deeply committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care. I understand firsthand the unique challenges that can come with navigating multiple identities, family expectations, generational patterns, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected in all aspects of who they are.
In my practice, I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I work collaboratively with individuals to develop practical tools that promote emotional regulation, healthier coping strategies, and meaningful, lasting change. My approach is strengths-based, client-centered, and tailored to each person’s lived experience.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life changes, and other emotional challenges, supporting them as they navigate stress, self-doubt, and personal growth. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking greater balance and clarity, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy, professionalism, and understanding.
