I am an integrative psychotherapist who specializes in working with trauma and LGBTG+ issues.

Sometimes, life just feels hard. I'm here to help you heal and find clarity when life feels difficult, confusing, or draining. As a therapist, I bring warmth, understanding and humor to my relationship with each client. I often receive feedback that I am easy to open up to and provide a calming presence. Whether you are feeling stuck, hoping for support as you explore your LGBTQA+ identity, or healing from trauma, I am here to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for growth.

In our work together, we will consider not only your mental and emotional experiences, but also the ways that your family, culture, identity, environment, and physical health impact your well-being. I have extensive training in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and bring a trauma-informed lens to all the work that I do.

In my practice, I use a psychodynamic perspective, along with therapeutic modalities including EMDR, mindfulness-based therapy, and somatic work. No matter what brings you to therapy, I will listen deeply and bring not only my skills, but also my heart to our work together.
