Welcome! I am a therapist who has been working with individuals and families since 2011. I am dedicated to working with individuals who are experiencing difficulties due to life events or circumstances in life. I work well with depression, anxiety and trauma.
I offer services in English and in Spanish. I work with you in identifying goals and working towards them at your pace. I try to create a safe and comfortable environment so that you can freely express what you are going through and how you are feeling. I sit with you through difficult emotions and let you know that it's "Ok" and you're not alone.
