About me
I'm a licensed psychologist with a doctorate in clinical psychology and advanced training in multiple modalities and trauma-informed care. I've worked with people just like you. Let me help you regain control of your narrative, your purpose, and direction so you can go on and live your best life.
I support those who are striving toward their goals and aspirations while also juggling the many challenges and responsibilities of life, family, barriers, commitments and the expectations of others. My approach is thoughtful, strategic and culturally aware. I offer therapy that helps you think clearly, feel supported and move forward. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 15 years of expertise. I help adults, elders and couples facing stress, trauma, grief, spiritual exhaustion and identity shifts. My approach is direct, warm and tailored to your needs.
I offer focused therapy for people who carry a lot - emotionally or professionally. We'll focus on what matters most to you - whether that means easing stress, working through grief, improving relationships, or building clarity and direction. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible and respectful of your time and privacy.
