About me
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Telehealth (Maryland Residents)
I offer compassionate, individualized telehealth visits for adults residing in Maryland. Appointments are designed to support your overall well-being—mentally and physically—through a holistic, patient-centered approach.
What we can work on together:
- Mental health concerns (e.g., depression, anxiety, mood changes)
- Stress related to work, relationships, or life transitions
- Sleep issues and fatigue
- Lifestyle factors (diet, exercise, daily routines)
- Coping skills and emotional resilience
- Medication education and management (if desired)
I take time to understand the full picture of your life—including your goals, habits, and stressors—so we can create a plan that feels realistic and supportive.
Medication Support (if appropriate):
- I can prescribe and manage many non-controlled psychiatric medications, such as:
SSRIs (e.g., sertraline, fluoxetine)
SNRIs (e.g., venlafaxine, duloxetine)
Mood stabilizers (e.g., lamotrigine)
Non-stimulant options (e.g., atomoxetine, bupropion)
- Please note: As an out-of-state provider, I am unable to prescribe controlled substances (such as Adderall, Ativan, Xanax, or other benzodiazepines/stimulants).
Fees & Insurance:
- $100 per appointment
- Please note: As an out-of-state provider, I am unable to bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Collaborative & Supportive Care:
- If your needs fall outside of what I can provide, I’m happy to help connect you with appropriate local providers or services to ensure you receive the care you deserve.
Appointments are fully virtual and convenient to fit your schedule.
If you’re looking for a thoughtful, holistic approach to your mental health, I’d be glad to work with you.
