About me

I am a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist who supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and life transitions in building emotional stability, self-awareness, and secure relationships.

I work with teens and adults who may feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or unhealthy relationship patterns and are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and a path forward.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, while also grounded in accountability and meaningful change. I integrate evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-focused interventions to support clients in developing emotional regulation, increasing self-awareness, and building healthier coping strategies. I believe that healing happens not only through insight, but through learning how to respond to yourself and your experiences in new, more supportive ways.

Many of the individuals I work with are recovering from emotionally difficult or unhealthy relationships, processing grief and loss, or navigating life transitions such as college, career changes, or identity shifts. Together, we work to connect the dots between past experiences and present challenges, creating space for healing while also building practical tools for lasting growth and stability.

I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported—while also gently challenged to move toward the life and relationships you want. Healing is meaningful work, and you don’t have to do it alone.
