About me
I am a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist who supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and life transitions in building emotional stability, self-awareness, and secure relationships.
I am a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist who supports individuals navigating the lasting impact of trauma, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and major life transitions. My work focuses on helping clients build emotional safety, nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and more secure, connected relationships.
I work with teens and adults who feel stuck in patterns of emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, hypervigilance, or unhealthy relationship dynamics—often rooted in past experiences that have shaped how they see themselves and the world. Many of my clients are seeking not just symptom relief, but a deeper understanding of how their past continues to show up in their present.
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded in both compassion and accountability. I integrate evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-focused interventions to support clients in regulating their emotions, reducing reactivity, and rebuilding a sense of internal safety. I believe healing is not just about insight, but about learning how to respond to yourself and your experiences in ways that feel more grounded, supportive, and empowering.
Much of my work centers around individuals recovering from emotionally painful or unhealthy relationships, processing grief and loss, or navigating transitions that challenge their sense of identity and stability. Together, we work to gently process past experiences, understand patterns, and develop practical tools that support long-term healing and resilience.
I strive to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported—while also being gently challenged to move toward growth and meaningful change. Healing from trauma is complex, but it is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone.
If you’re ready to begin making sense of your experiences, feel more grounded in your day-to-day life, and start building healthier patterns, I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start—just a willingness to take the first step.
