About me
I have over 12 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults who present with many different symptoms of anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges. If you are looking to help your teen, or yourself, increase feelings of self-worth and navigate the world in a healthier way, therapy can be a great start to that process. Establishing rapport and building a connection with individuals is very important to my therapeutic approach. I
I offer a safe and inclusive space where clients can express themselves and find clarity in an overwhelming time. I enjoy getting to know each of my clients and meeting where they are as individuals. My practice includes an eclectic, Solution Focused approach with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques. I have training in Adlerian Play Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This background allows me to be able to help connect client's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while discovering a new perspective, without judgement.
