About me
Hi. I’m Laura and I am a qualified counsellor based in the UK.
I’m a qualified CBT counsellor, with a deep passion for supporting people toward healing and positive change. While I initially trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I believe that no single approach fits everyone. We’re all wonderfully unique, shaped by our own life experiences — and so I’ve expanded my training across different therapeutic models to offer a more personalised and flexible approach to each client.
I work with both young people and adults, offering compassionate, non-judgmental support through life’s most difficult and complex challenges. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, relationship concerns, or grief and loss — you don’t have to do it alone. I bring both professional insight and genuine compassion to this work.
I am a qualified trauma-informed practitioner, which means I work with an awareness of how trauma impacts the body and mind, ensuring a safe, supportive space for healing at your own pace.
Reaching out takes courage and shows you already have the ability to make positive change. I am here to support you in that process.
I look forward to working with you!
