For 20 years, I've taught yoga and meditation, but my deeper work is helping people reclaim their worth in a world that often makes us feel "not enough". I get how oppression, trauma, and self-doubt can cause anxiety and depression, robbing your innate agency. Here, you'll have space to heal, reclaim your authenticity, and create the life you love to live.
