I am a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping adults work through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions with compassion and care. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to grow, and empowered enough to create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, using evidence-based practices such as EMDR, CBT, ACT, and IFS-informed therapy to support healing and emotional wellness.
