I am a trauma informed Licensed Associate Professional counselor who provides holistic integrative trauma informed counseling. I am dedicated to helping adults, teens & couples overcome emotional challenges and live a more balanced, fulfilling life. Specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, narcissistic abuse, faith-based counseling and relationship therapy, I use evidence-based techniques to support my clients on their journey toward mental and emotional well-being.

Therapeutic Approach

I provide holistic integrative trauma informed counseling. I integrate interventions from various modalities including EMDR, ACT, DBT, CBT, Gottman, Expressive arts therapy, Superhero therapy, Sandtray therapy, Restoration therapy, Christian faith based counseling and more based on the needs of my clients. I utilize interventions that honor the Mind, Body and Souls of all my clients.

During our work together my clients receive the opportunity to process their emotions & memories in a safe, warm and judgement free space. My clients also receive the opportunity to receive the tools and support they need to grow and move forward towards a life that better aligns with their core values.
If you decide to give me the honor of walking alongside you, I assure you that I will not make therapy scary. Therapy can be quite fun at times. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, sewing, reading, decorating, traveling, glamping and nerding out with Marvel superhero content. I also have a passion for all things butterfly related and leading a small women’s Bible study group which keeps me grounded and inspired.
