About me
Hello and welcome! My name is LaToya, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds.
I understand how challenging it can feel to juggle the demands of work, family, and personal well-being—especially when anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or life transitions weigh heavily on your mind. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply tired of “pushing through” without the support they deserve.
As your therapist, my role is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can express yourself openly and begin building the tools you need to heal and grow. I specialize in:
• Anxiety & Stress Management
• Grief, Loss, & Life Transitions
• Relationship & Family Challenges
• Parenting & Work-Life Balance
• Self-Esteem & Boundaries
My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I draw on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques—always tailoring our work to fit your unique needs. You can expect me to bring empathy, practical tools, and encouragement to every session.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are while helping you take meaningful steps forward, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this journey. Together, we can work toward the peace, clarity, and confidence you deserve.
